What does BETA mean?
Beta testing means that we are in the process of tweaking the website and applications. As we fix bugs and release new features, we take the feedback from our users to better the system.
What cities do you cover?
We are currently only providing data in Florida, and cover over twenty-two counties, which has a large number of cities in those areas. We plan to expand further into other cities and states as we improve our system. Miami, Hialeah, Miami Beach, Hollywood, Plantation, Coral Springs, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Homestead, Port Orange, Sarasota, Lake Wales, Kissimmee, Ocoee, Orlando, Apopka, Cutler Bay, Bradenton, Brandon, Tampa, Fort Myers, Lauderhill, Dania Beach, Doral, Palmetto Bay, Ocala, Deltona, Dade City, Coral Gables, Jacksonville, Citrus Springs, Crystal River, Deerfield Beach, Hallandale Beach, Margate, St Petersburg, Daytona Beach, Lakeland, Davenport, New Port Richey, Punta Gorda, Clearwater, Zephyrhills, Sunny Isles, Stuart, Palm City, Cape Coral, Vero Beach, Pensacola, Inverness, and more added daily.
Can I buy houses with your system?
Right now there is no way to buy a house directly in our system. Our platform is to give the auction buyer as much information as we can find on properties that are going through the auctions in Florida. In order to buy you have to use the county clerk directly to place your bid.
How do you get your data?
We crawl and index information all over the web. Some information we have to manually enter with data entry specialists. We try to leverage as much with big data as we can. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of our data, but we try to connect as much information to assist a user to better understand the current situation of an auction.
